General Information
Newman Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Owner”) manages the website at https://newman.co.il/ and all its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and takes all reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of the site’s visitors (hereinafter referred to as “User(s)”).
The Site Owner hereby publishes the privacy policy on the site and commits to strictly comply with it.
The purpose of this publication is to explain to users the provisions of the site owner’s privacy rules concerning the retention of user data, as well as how the site owner intends to use the information provided by users or collected during the use of the site.
Information and Methods of Collection
By using the site, users knowingly provide the following information (Personal Information):
- First Name;
- Last Name;
- Email Address;
- Phone Number;
- Other information provided in the request submitted via the form on the Site.
This information is provided by users to the Site Owner by filling out the contact form on the website.
This information is not disclosed, not transferred to third parties, stored in the Site Owner’s database, and used strictly within the company. Exceptions are outlined in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, the Site Owner has the right to store non-personal user information, such as information about pages and sections of the site visited by users, time of visit, and other similar information, which is collected and processed automatically, associated with the site’s operating software, and of a technical nature.
Use of Collected Information
The collected information will be used exclusively in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law for the following purposes:
- To contact the user who filled out the contact form on the site regarding the issue mentioned in the request;
- Legitimate use for performing technical actions required for managing the site.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Despite the above, the Site Owner has the right to share the personal information collected from users and information about the use of the site with third parties in the following cases:
- In case of a legal dispute between the user and the site owner, which requires the transfer of personal information.
- When a court ruling requires the transfer of personal information about the user to a third party.
- In case the entire website’s activity is transferred to another entity, provided that the entity agrees to maintain the confidentiality of user information in full accordance with the provisions outlined in this document.
- In other cases specified by law, where the transfer of personal information is required by the Site Owner.
- For advertising purposes, some data from user browsers and/or devices, as well as email addresses, may be shared with advertising services such as Google Ads and others.

The site uses cookies to ensure its proper functioning.

Data Protection
The data submitted by the user through the forms on the site is protected according to international standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA. The Site Owner takes all necessary measures to protect user information, but cannot guarantee complete and absolute protection from illegal breaches.
Right to Access Information and Withdraw Consent
The information collected about the user is stored indefinitely.
According to the Privacy Protection Law of 5741/1981, every individual has the right to access information collected about them in a specific database. After reviewing such information and discovering inaccuracies, incompleteness, or incorrectness, the user has the right to request the Site Owner to correct or delete the information, either partially or fully.
Additionally, if the information stored in the database is used for personal communication with the user, according to the Privacy Protection Law of 5741/1981, the user has the right to request the deletion of their information from the database in writing.
A user who has filled out the contact form on the site has the right to withdraw their consent for the Site Owner to use their personal information at any time by sending the appropriate request via email to mail@newman.co.il.
The Site Owner must correct or delete the user’s information, either partially or completely, within 72 hours of receiving the relevant request, without the right to copy or archive the data.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Site Owner has the right to change the privacy policy at any time. The changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the site unless stated otherwise in the privacy policy.
